Hi, I am an Australian, planning on buying an economical apartment in Scalea in July. I note there are an abundance for sale. I would like to spend only 20k eu. I understand it will need work. The most important aspect for me is a view and a separate bedroom. Any suggestions, I would be very grateful for. I will be in Scalea in July for a few days to look over perspective properties and buy.
